I have never received as good of customer service as this. Everytime I have a problem (even if it is not server related) they will help me troubleshoot and diagnose the problem.

First time making a server, since I'm new I ran into issues. I choose this company as all the YouTube ads and website make it seem like you'll get the support you need. When I needed the support it really wasn't there. I got better assistance troubleshooting through google. Easy to install mods, and everything but I would not recommend for beginners due to support.
