The customer service is phenomenal! Even if they have a “wait” or no one “online” to help they still connected and helped immediately. Would def recommend them

Chief Problem wasn't resolved. Underlying problem was resolved. I needed support with accessing the control panel for a minecraft server. The issue of accessing the control panel was unable to be resolved. However, the live chat agent was able to help fix the problem we were having on our server. I would strongly recommend for SimpleGameHosting to solve the control panel issue. The rating is 4/5. The rating is high as the live agent, Brandon, was very very helpful.

Hey Zachary, Thanks for the review, and I'm glad to hear you are overall enjoying the server and had a great experience with our support team. I looked into the chat you had with our support agent, and the issue you are seeing in the panel is something we haven't seen before. I have flagged our lead tech to take a look more into this issue and make sure we can get it replicated and then fixed! Let us know if you have anymore issues or problems. We're happy to help and always just a chat away. - Nic

The server is excessively expensive. For 8€, I can't even run a small modpack; the server crashes and restarts constantly! It's impossible to keep it running properly. It's the least worthwhile 8€ I've ever spent. I invited my friends to play, and they were all disappointed that it wouldn't even start!

Hello ElementiS, I'm very sorry you're having issues with your server crashing. Based on what you said in the review, it seems that your server is running out of RAM. Additionally, based on the price you mentioned, you are running a 2GB server. Those servers are not meant to run any modpacks, and no where on our site or in our marketing do we state a 2GB server can run modpacks. Generally, we recommend at least a 4GB to 6GB server to run any mods. 2GB servers are best for vanilla Minecraft and super-optimized plugin servers. In regards to price, we strive to provide value through our services, taking into account the costs involved in maintaining high-quality, reliable servers, support, and features that meet our users' expectations, all while staying competitive in the Minecraft server hosting space. It's also worth noting that our service comes with 10 backups, unlimited CPU usage, unlimited storage, and premium support for free without any additional prices beyond the advertised price. All of these features are upsells at other hosts and will cost you more than their listed price, and it is important to consider this when comparing pricing with our competitors. Our goal is to provide premium server with a "what you see is what you get price" meaning no upsells or unexpected charges. I'm not able to find your service/purchase, but I encourage you to reach out to our customer support team as we are more than willing to assist you as well as provide a refund if you are unhappy with the service. https://direct.lc.chat/15353502/ Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and again, we apologize for any frustration or disappointment you've experienced. - Nic

The product might be ok by itself but 10€ per month for 2GB RAM is really expensive compared to the other possible Server hosting Websites

Hello Swinx, I'm really sorry to hear you feel this way and are upset about our pricing. It's never our intention to cause frustration or disappointment. We strive to provide value through our services, taking into account the costs involved in maintaining high-quality, reliable servers, support, and features that meet our users' expectations, all while staying competitive in the Minecraft server hosting space. However, we understand that our pricing might not align with everyone's perspective or budget, and hearing your strong feelings on this matter is important to us. Heavily over priced compared to other options.

Hello Tristen, I'm really sorry to hear you feel this way and are upset about our pricing. It's never our intention to cause frustration or disappointment. However, we understand that our pricing might not align with everyone's perspective or budget, and hearing your strong feelings on this matter is important to us. From what I see in our system, you were issued a full refund of your server as soon as you requested it per our refund policy and in that time received expert and prompt support. It's also worth noting that our service comes with 10 backups, unlimited CPU usage, unlimited storage, and premium support for free without any additional prices beyond the advertised price.
