Brian helped me address a slight error in my installation of Modpack into my server. less than 10 min and he had it working flawlessly. polite and quick to respond. very happy with the customer service at simple gaming host!

They provide very good servers. Where the only limit really is the RAM which is how the pay grade differs. I've had no issues and it's a quick and clean setup process. If you know computers you know how to handle this provider. Again, very good. Would recommend!

First off Brandon answered very quickly. Love how quick they are. Helped me with an issue that was not related to the server and still helped me. Amazing amazing amazing. Give them a raise. NOWWWWW!
