I'm very sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience. The reason upgrading to a higher package was mentioned was due because you were trying to install a large modpack that normally requires 6-8GB of RAM on a server with 2GB. In situations like that, there unfortunately isn't anything we can do on our end, as the only reason was due to the RAM amount you selected. We try our best to guide everyone on the right package with the RAM calculator on our website or through support, so I'm very sorry to see that we disappointed you here. With all of that said, your service has already been fully refunded and canceled. You should expect to see the funds back on your original payment method within a few business days. We appreciate your feedback and for giving SimpleGameHosting a try. Let us know if there's anything else we can do. :) - Patrick

This was the best and easiest way to setup my son's minecraft. I am blown away at how great it is to chat with the team there for help and instructions. They were so great as to even help setup the system. I have purchased with another "company" and that company was the worst. Little to no help and the links they "provide" for instructions didn't even work. Here we have a good interaction and in mere MINUTES, my son was up and running. Even having the ability to run both java and bedrock users at the same time. That is awesome!
