The products are okay, not terrible but not great either. The place that they scam you at is the shipping. DO NOT pay for shipping. They will literally ship it the same timing regardless of the shipping type and take your money. Never purchasing from them again.

They do well in general, and their wares that I've purchased have been top notch. There was 1 time I'd say they may have had a very minor quality dip but it was negligible. And haven't had an issue since. The last order I received would be my only complaint outright as it was packed quite poorly compared to any previous orders. And as a result 2 of 15 items broke. However CS was straightforward, just requesting a couple of pictures, and they issued a partial refund covering the cost of the 2 broken items, without hassle. Overall I'll continue to use their service for sure. Hard to find solid pipes for reasonable pricing.

I’ve been using simple glass pipe for about a year now. I’m extremely impressed with the quality and their prices are the best around. However, I think we set them apart as their Customer Service. They have ways to reach them via phone email! And through their website and they respond to all four within 24 hours should there be an issues with an order. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try - you won’t be disappointed!

I have been ordering from this company for some time and I have always had excellent transactions with very good products. I didn't receive my most recent order for some reason and after reaching out to SGP, they immediately remedied the situation and resent my order which I received in 3 business days. Fantastic team at SGP! Keep it up!
