I went to use them and during my 7 day trial period, I canceled and yet they still charged me $89.99 for the annual service. I reached out to them twice through the app and all I got was crickets!

Your billing is being handled via the Google Play Store so you can tap into the Google Play store settings to cancel the subscription and request the refund there.
