Gerät ist sehr schwer. Dichtungsringe der Rohre brechen laufend. Rohre werden sehr unstabil und wackelig. Kontakt mit Hersteller und Service-Stelle unbefriedigend abwimmeln.

DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY! On May 15th/24 I purchased a HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Large Metal Embroidery Hoop 240 mm x 150 mm × 1 through this website! To date July 10/24 I have not received the product, nor can customer service tell me when I can expect it! Customer Service has been able to give me any information! If it is backordered just tell me and give me a realistic shipment estimate. VERY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE!

Eine totale Katastrophe! Auf der Gastromesse in Salzburg von einem gewieften Vetreter aufschwatzen lassen. Nach 3 Einsätzen defekt, heißer Dampf schiesst ohne Anforderung unkontrolliert aus dem Gerät. Händler Fa. HÄMMERLE in Vorarlberg kontaktiert-Fehlanzeige-Callcenter in Deutschland. Ein Chaos wegen Reparatur und Versand. Mieser Service!!! Nie wieder!!!!

Worst website They take your order , sit on it for weeks, charge your card and never ship out Their customer service is extremely rude. And they always give one excuse that due to changing of warehouses your order is delayed and they have been giving this excuse since a while now.

J’ai acheté une defroisseur vapeur singer, j’ai eu un soucis avec elle, j’ai contacté le service client il m’a demandé de l’amener à un point de vente singer pour régler le soucis et c’est fait. Une fois reçu le problème il est toujours là. Recontacter le service client avec un video présenté le problème mais pas de retour

Worst customer service very rude! Machine arrived in damaged box and without a stated accessory included. Machine did not work properly. First sent all info (pictures of damaged box, etc) via Singer.com email form, but did not receive a reply! Phoned and was told I would receive a return label on a specific day, to no avail. Phoned again, now it's 2-3 business days. Very rude woman thought she should explain what a 'business' day is. Beware of ordering via Singer.com! The only reason I ordered from Singer.com is the fact that Amazon was out of stock on my particular machine. I have NEVER encountered such rudeness with Amazon! Will never order from Singer again!

"Worst customer service ever experienced at Colombo 8 customer service center! I sent my Tefal steam generator iron for service, and the officer took one hour just to fill out the form. They kept the unit for six weeks, claiming it was under repair and that they had ordered a few parts, which caused the delay. However, after six weeks, no parts had been ordered, and they simply said the unit was beyond repair. When I finally collected the unit, it was severely damaged, with grease and dirt all over it, as if it had been kept outdoors for a month. It took another hour just to retrieve the unit from the service center. I will never buy anything from Singer again, solely because of their terrible customer service!"
