Desperation and thirst for money

SKINNY Rx is a very “desperate and thirsty” company that spends all is resources soliciting with bots, texts, and emails. Unfortunately, once they have you subscribe that same level of effort is not carried over to the actual customer. I have had text and phone calls asking me why I haven’t followed through on the application but for some unknown reason, they can’t grasp what the issues are with their company. I even sent the representative a copy of the review reviews that 50% of their current customers complain about, but again it fell on death ears. Perhaps they should change the direction of their company and work on hearing loss as opposed to weight loss. Once you go through the online app application/quiz, you will be bombarded with bots calling and then text and emails. Save yourself a lot of headache and stay away from this company. Once you’re in a contract with them, they make it very difficult if not impossible to cancel the subscription by not responding to emails and phone calls are met with automated recordings that I never returned. BEWARE OF SKINNY RX.

Thank you for reaching out. We sincerely apologize for any frustration you've experienced. We've checked our system using the name on your Trustpilot account, and we're not finding any active or previous accounts with us. It's possible there may be some confusion with another company that has a similar name to SkinnyRx. Regarding the follow-up calls and messages—when someone starts but doesn't complete an application with us, our team does reach out to offer assistance. However, if someone tells us "no thank you" or asks to be removed from our contact list, we honor that immediately and they won't hear from us again. We've checked with our sales team, and we don't have any record of receiving that request from you, which makes us wonder if this may have been with a different provider. Again, we're truly sorry for any inconvenience. If you'd like us to look into this further or if there's anything else we can help clarify, please feel free to reach out directly
