Misleading HSA/FSA advertising. They say they accept HSA/FSA, but will not provide a Letter of Medical Necessity. They’ll still charge your account, and then you’ll get denied by your plan and have to pay the money back yourself. Really disappointing and not transparent. I recommend using RO instead as they do provide this service.

We absolutely provide documentation for HSA/FSA reimbursement - we can send you a letter showing the medication that was prescribed along with your invoice, which should work for getting reimbursed through your plan. While we can't fill out specific forms from your HSA/FSA provider, the documentation we provide should be everything you need for reimbursement. Skinny RX charges too much and they didn’t supply me with enough needles to administer my shots. I received 3 months supply, and am now short several needles. When I called their customer service about receiving more needles, they said because I am past the one month mark of receiving the original shipment, there was nothing they could do for me. I don’t know how I am supposed to know if I have enough supply until I ran out which of course is going to be towards the end of 3 months. They were not helpful at all. I don’t recommend this company. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Because of this review, they finally agreed to send me the remaining needles. I wish it didn’t take me writing this review to get them to do what was right in the first place.

You're absolutely right - it's impossible to know you're short on supplies until you actually need them, which of course happens later on. That's a fair point, and we should have handled this better from the start instead of making you write a review to get help. We're taking this back to our team so we can do better next time.
