The last person I spoke to seemed to…
The last person I spoke to seemed to hear what I was saying.And actually went through the process of canceling it, as I had originally asked, so I was happy with the outcome

Customer Service is always great
Customer Service is always great, over the phone and e-mail. Phil Ligan was so helpful!! Will always be my go to for future journeys!

Customer service that makes you laugh when you need it
Maria was super patient and helpful,even nicely made me understand that I was completely wrong about what year it was. We all have those days I guess but she didn't make me feel stupid or judged. She actually made you feel like she's someone you've known a long time. Thank you again Maria

Program restart made easy

I spoke to Aimee B today about various…
I spoke to Aimee B today about various different options I could do with SkinnyRx. The call was initiatied due to my payment being declined (card cancelled), but ended up to be a very informative dialogue. Aimee is very knowledgable about SkinnyRx and the options available. Aimee is a very pleasant person to speak with. Keep her on your team!
