I just got so frustrated with my personal life that I had no time to deal with my paid in full SkinnyRx order. I am so completely behind for my end of year projects that I couldn't deal with anyone else calling me about a subscription. Anyway, I asked Maureen to please cancel my subscription and February 1, 2026, when I'm done with my personal projects, maybe I would revisit this then. I didn't remember I paid over 1800 for their weight loss program! Anyway, Maureen, straightened it all out for me and reimbursed me in full! I was just floored over this act of pure customer service, that I WILL be back on track with SkinnyRx on 2.1.26 ❤️ thank you so much, Maureen, you are quite literally the EPITOME of customer service and I'm thoroughly impressed with your entire company, based solely on your professionalism, listening and caring skills!
