Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service Had a mix up with my payment status and without Aimee helping me I would have never got my medication. She stayed with me until we fixed it!! THANKS AIMEE :)

Fabulous Customer Service
I am a new patient of SkinnyRx and have been very satisfied with my experience so far. Maria, one of the reps, was very helpful for selecting my treatment options. She guided me through the process of starting Skinnyrx and made the whole process feel very human. When a question came up with my order, I spoke with Andi from customer service. Both Andi and Maria have excellent customer service skills and talked me through some of my reservations for starting semaglutide therapy. I have been on injectable semaglutide for two weeks now and it has already made an overwhelmingly positive impact on my weight-loss journey!

My SkinnyRx experience has been amazing!!
In my late 40’s, was nearing 160lbs and the weight would not stop piling on. After the first 5 to 6 weeks on my prescribed dosage, with my physical activity and eating habits, I am down to 142lbs- my clothes fit again and I feel great!! Sierra was my customer service agent and helped me understand the maintenance dosage available since I am at my target weight and don’t want to stop cold turkey. I am thankful for this service and so glad I tried it for myself.🙌🏻 Ask for Sierra if you have any questions on how to begin and maintain your own journey. She is very helpful, friendly and supportive!! I’ll recommend again and again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been paying $200 a month for the…
I have been paying $200 a month for the last few months, but they are not sending me the correct amount of medication. For instance, this month I am supposed to use 40 units a week for four weeks, and I only have enough for two weeks of shots. I have received a recent vial that should be 100 units for four weeks, and there is only 50 units total in the vial. I have called and emailed, to no avail. I am planning on cancelling and going with another company.
