I started on the monthly plan to see…
I started on the monthly plan to see how everything would work out. Then I decided to switch to the 12 month bundle obviously for the savings and Kristfaith was amazing in helping me switch. Would highly recommend to this company to anyone.

Jimmabelle was exceptional!
Jimmabelle helped me today via chat and was very helpful, efficient, and quickly understood what I needed. It was an easy process and I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Great customer service!
My customer service rep, Marie was so helpful and quick to get me a resolution. This has been a great company to work with and I will for sure recommend them in the future.

After I said that I was unsatisfied…
After I said that I was unsatisfied with my service they immediately corrected it without overnight shipping and giving my account to a new agent that listens to me. So delighted with the outcome. I never knew if you left a bad review people actually listen and fix it!!! Just hoping that my shipment comes tomorrow as I go out of town on Friday again!
