Skinny Rx is a great company
Maria and most customer reps/clinical team are very responsive and efficient. I would like to see the bundle plans offered on a month to month basis instead of Rxing 3 months at a time which makes it difficult to adjust the dose.

You will be charged automatically and not given my Zepbound prescription.
To be fair, being charged for a four month supply of Zepbound and it was taken quickly from my credit card is dishonest. The downside is that I waited three weeks to finally receive clarification that they could not send me the Zepbound I needed. I sent multiple photos of my prescription from Ro. I now had to switch back to the Ro company. Three weeks I waited to be reimbursed from SkinnyRx. A company should not charge you if it has not approved your weight loss medication. Beware of your bank account amount please.

Do not subscribe unless you want to pay for life
Sent an email saying they wouldn't renew without a consultation. When I tried to cancel, they renewed and charged me immediately. Despicable business process.
