Good Treatment
I enjoyed the treatment that I received at the spa (Vitamin C facial). My only real complaint is that I wish everyone would stop upselling.

Not feel like Spa
Dear Head Quarter: Unfortunately it was my husbands first experience and like I mentioned to him you are going to be a white robe relax and enjoy. It didn't happened we sat there and waiting to be call similar when they call you for a Dr. app, well I went directly to the room take my clothes off and after the message get ready to change and go to the other room I did have 40 minutes message not 50 and as soon he finished and have to get up go to facial room and change one more time Taking my top off again and go for my facial which Elizabeth which she was very very nice. My husband in the other side take his top off for facial when he finished needed took take clothes off again at the message room so it was very uncomfortable. Overall it was ok, I did asked on of the ladies what happened with the robes so I could feel in a Spa and have the experience to relax more like other times well,,, she said I have one in the closet if you want, I'm sorry. That was all. I did missed the nice boy as a receptionist. I do think I have to have a really good offer to come back again. thank you.!!!

At this time, we do have wraps rather than robes as we are a medical spa vs. a day spa but understand that robes may offer a more relaxing experience. Relaxing
The products used on my face where very helpful and I love how much time was spent explaining the type of skin that I have and what products would be beneficial.

Facial and Peel with Elizabeth
I visited the Soho location for a much-needed facial with extractions. My aesthetician, Elizabeth, recommended that I add a glycolic peel as it would remove a lot of dead dry skin and make the extractions easier. I agreed and she was right! I left with soft glowing skin and clean pores with very little overall redness. I could actually feel a difference in my skin the next day, it just felt fresh and clean.

LOVELY EXPERIENCE
IT WAS A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE AND THE STAFF IS VERY WELCOMING. THE MASSAGES ARE GREAT AND I FELT AMAZING AFTERWARDS

Very disappointing
Laser treatment far less effective than in other places, and customer service completely unresponsive.

Very nice massage.
The feel of the spa was very nice. The actual massage room was a bit cramped, but overall, it was a positive experience. I would definitely recommend the spa.

Not very spa like
My experience felt like a doctors visit more then a spa, Very rushed, facial was done in less then 20 minutes, I paid for 50 minutes and aromatherapy, I got neither. Although the esthetician was very informative about skin.
