This place has a bad vibe from the welcome at the front desk. The young lady at the reception didn't great us with a smile then after filling the questionnaire she had me wait while she had a lengthy conversation on the phone. Demanded that we tip and give it to her. Very unprofessional. Will not be back they also spelled my name wrong

Great Spa. Would recommend to others

I had a group on for Skin Spa and I can completely say it's been a week since my appointment and my skin looks and feels Amazing. Better then it ever has. Julia was amazing told me what I need to do to help my skin and honestly it's been pure perfect thank you Skin Spa.

I had an awesome time. My only mistake was getting the wax after the message. I loved my message from Ms.Francis. Also the woman who did my wax was very patient for my first time .

The massage I received was wonderful and focused on the places where I was most sore. The only reason why I am not giving this 5 stars is because my massage was supposed to be 50 minutes and in reality was only about 40. I was taken into the room 5 minutes late and by the time we got start another 5 went by. I was looking at the clock to see if I would get 10 extra minutes at the end, but that did not happen. We stopped exactly at 4:50 when we started at 4:10.

Got laser hair removal for the first time, Bought a 6 Session Pkg from Groupon... Booking the session was a breeze, Andrew was super nice and helpful over the phone... When I got there, the place is very nice, super clean, And "Z" The laser tech (Idk if thats a title) is Pretty amazing and funny, She knew her stuff, was very informative, and had a great personality!! It was a non-hastle experience and Im happy I went! Also, The laser didn't hurt at all... I was expecting something much more painful, but probably because of that expectation It ended up being a breeze and felt like a light tingly sensation at most. A+ Thanks Guys!
