I ordered a Halloween purse and pocketbook for my wife and she adores them! There was an issue with the zipper on the purse after a couple weeks and Skullette customer service dealt with the replacement quickly and very professionally. Shout out to Doris, who handled our claim. 5 stars all the way.

Best customer service. There are many companies that do not care. They get your money and if something is wrong you never hear from them. Skullette really cares. I have zero regrets purchasing their beautiful purses. I can order with confidence.

The hand bag I got is of the black cat, and it is beautiful! I went with the real leather and it is pretty soft feeling. The main zipper is tricky when you open it up all the way, though. Makes it hard to close. Otherwise I love it!
