Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding Adam's call. Our quality assurance team found after investigation that he mentioned the show but did not claim to be from it. He intended to share information about our lodging services, not misrepresent himself. If you wanted we can share the voice message, which confirms he stated he was calling regarding the event not from any other organization. We value integrity and assure you that we have not sold you anything yet. Our goal is to provide accommodations with savings of 30% or more for your upcoming event. We appreciate your concerns and are here to clarify any confusion. Please reach out if you have further questions. Sincerely, Skyline Housing Team

Dear Mathias, Thank you for your message. We would like to clarify the situation and address your concerns. We responded to your email on Monday, two days after the issue occurred. As noted in our IVR and email communications, we are available via email 24/7, and all necessary documents, including the invoice, were sent accordingly. The hotel honored the room reservation for the last member of your group starting from the second night, following our efforts to resolve the issue with the first night’s stay. We issued a full credit reimbursement for the first night, even before the hotel provided any resolution. According to our agreement, the post-resolution process can take up to 15 days, and we have not yet exceeded this time frame, as check-out occurred on the 17th. We kindly ask for your patience as we complete the final resolution. Lane from the hotel’s front desk confirmed that the room reserved by Skyline for the last guest was reinstated on the 13th, after being canceled due to a no-show for late check-in on the 12th (not the originally planned 11th). Despite this, we coordinated with the hotel to reinstate the booking, allowing the last member to use the room for four nights. On October 22nd, we sent you an email confirming the full credit reimbursement for the amount spent by the last guest at the alternate hotel. Additionally, we have sent several follow-up emails regarding this matter but have not yet received a reply. We kindly request that you reach out to us to continue resolving your case tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, though please note the initial issue was due to a late check-in after the hotel’s no-show deadline. We remain available 24/7 by email, as stated in our documentation. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Skyline Housing Team
