Great and prompt service!

I order from Sleep Direct for the personal attention that they take in my orders. They have never gotten my order wrong. It has arrived in a timely manner and never any kind of damage to the packaging.

I checked out many of the CPAP sites online and found Sleep Direct to have the best information, price and offers, which is important to my "older and (hopefully) wiser population". My SoClean was shipped the same day, came the next and I was using it that very same day (we live 5 hrs. south of Portland). I had no problem setting it up and have had no problems using it, so I haven't had a reason to call them. From what I've read on the reviews (and I read them all), if I have a problem they (Sleep Direct) are said to be very friendly and helpful. I trust this is so. Thank you!
