Fast- no nonsense great service. Very happy with product

I paid for UPS Ground for delivery while I was at my vacation home over Thanksgiving. It was sent USPS and since I do not get mail delivery at the vacation address, it was shipped to my primary home instead. And then not delivered to the primary home. When I called the shipping Dept for an explanation and tried to describe what I think happened (as a way to warn them about UPS sub-contracting), the call center person served up a batch of attitude. Kept cutting me off saying over "where do you want it sent, where do you want it sent" -- first and last time using this company. Tons of suppliers out there.

The shipping it was great. It did not take long at all to get what I need .

I waited a long time to finally take the plunge & spend so much money, but I am really glad I did. It took me a week or so to get used to the ozone smell, but I like knowing that my mask & tubing is clean! I am cery satisfied.
