I received the So Clean and found it…wonfderful and easy to use
I received the So Clean and found it easy to install to my c-pac machine. It is wonderful to put my mask in the machine and know it will automatically taken care for me as I am about my busy schedule. It also gives me peace of mind that I know my machine is clean. I have had respiratory infections in the past. I am hoping that the So Clean will protect me from future infections

It did the job I wanted. It does leak a bit but I think a break-in period will solve that

Hello Merla - we do send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking once the order has shipped. There are times that email ends up in a spam folder, depending on how you have your email settings configured.

In placing the order for So Clean and Res Med replacement parts I received immediate follow up and was informed, when the order was complete, when and how it would it would be shipped and when I could expect it to be delivered. I received it right on time, complete and in excellent condition.

Great experience.
Easy to use website. Order was placed with no problems at all, and I received an almost IMMEDIATE call from their customer service personnel to verify what kind of adapter I would need. She was pleasant and very professional. The shipment arrived intact and when promised. Overall, an excellent experience.
