The dentures of 2 Missing teeth in a row is awesome. I guess it’s called a flipper? Works Great. The other flipper for One bottom Most works ok. Just can’t really chew food with that one. Maybe it’s suppose to be more Snug Of a fit? But happy overall.

Thank you!

The tooth looks great when it’s in - no complaints at all - it looks very natural. I sent it back once because it was too loose. I received it back and it isn’t loose anymore, but it does hurt if I try to eat anything on that side with it in. I’ve worn it for 2 days now, at least 8 hours a day and my mouth is quite sore. Not sure what to do at this point

Hi Tracey, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that you love how natural your new tooth looks and that the initial fit issues were resolved! However, we are truly sorry to learn that you’re experiencing soreness and pain when eating. Discomfort while eating usually means the bite alignment or pressure points need a minor fine-tuning. Because your comfort and well-being are our top priorities, we recommend giving your mouth a short break—especially during meals—until we can adjust the fit for you. You shouldn’t have to push through pain to wear your smile. We want to make sure you can wear and eat with your tooth comfortably. Please reach out directly to our support team at [email protected]/347-630-54-74 or reply to your previous order email, referencing your order number. We will prioritize getting this reviewed and adjusted for you as quickly as possible so it feels just as good as it looks. Warm regards, Smile Boutique NY Customer Care Team

The fit and look of the teeth were great. The color/shade of the teeth were a little to bright, but blends in OK. The only complaint I have was that it took 4 weeks to get my flipper to me from the date of purchase. I took the molds of my mouth (impressions) and shipped out back to Smile Boutique NY within 2 days of receiving them. I was hoping to get my flipper in 2-3 weeks time from order placement. That might be related to my location in Colorado (length shipping time from NY state). Overall, the product is excellent (especially for the efficient price). I highly recommend using Smile Boutique NY.

Hi Grant, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We are so glad to hear that you love the fit and aesthetics of your flipper, especially at our price point. Thank you also for sending your impressions back so promptly! Cross-country transit between NY and Colorado can occasionally add a few extra days to our timeline, so we appreciate your understanding. If you ever need anything else in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

I didn't like anything about it! So l emailed, got a call, explained that was not my expectation, so I was told I would get another one in a week and wouldn't be charged long as I send the old one back, It's been 3 week and I haven't received anything

Hi Pretty Nik, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for any confusion. To clarify, as noted in our text communications, our agreement was to adjust your existing appliance free of charge once we received it back at our facility. We do not ship out brand-new replacements, nor can we make adjustments until the original item is returned to us. Because we have not yet received your original appliance, we haven't been able to make those adjustments. We are still more than happy to do this for you—please reply to our text message or contact us at [email protected]/347-630-54-74 so we can help you send the item back and complete your adjustment right away.

My experience was great. The shipping was fast and the flexible denture's fix better then I ever thought. I had 3 front teeth made and I can't believe how great it fits. Thank you again and I will buy another set in the near future.

The communication was great through the whole process. I was sceptical at first, this being an online company and product, but the experience proved me wrong. The live video was really amazing, that assisted me with my impressions, was truly hands on. My appliance fit really snug and secure, it became more comfortable as time went on. What can the company do better, don't change anything, keep providing the same great service and more. I told all my family and friends about the experience. I will be getting my complete upper partial from SB as well and hope it is just as complete. Good tooth and gum collar match, light, streamline not bulky, thanks SB.
