The techs showed up on time, and were very patient with my two kids running around the house. They were very through when explaining all aspects of the alarm system. They went through step explaining the system. I would definitely recommend them.

The sales department was very informative and helpful and did the best to get me a fantastic rate! Installation was extremely fast and efficient with one person to do paperwork while the other does the install. Highly recommended!!

On 12/9/2014 Mr Lee arrived at our front door to install the Smith Monitoring System. Step one involved completing a series of documents requiring my signature and providing a voided check. I assume that is so the company can arrange auto payments. Mr Lee excused himself as he stated he must activate the system and it would take about 15 minutes. It did and his task of installation took him less than 30 minutes. His professionalism and his knowledge of the systems operation were appreciated. Note to Management: Keep him (Mr. David Lee) as he represents your company very well.

Our tech Daniel showed up right on time. He looked over our current disabled system & let us know what he would need to add, change, etc. He answered all of our questions and even explained all of our options. Everything that had been discussed when I scheduled the installation was exactly the same when Daniel presented the paperwork. Daniel was very knowledgable & friendly. I would recommend Smith Monitoring & definitely Daniel as the installation tech.

When you're looking for a company that is going to be securing not only your expensive belongings, but your invaluable family members, turn to Smith Monitoring. I appreciated that their website offered a comparison tool which compared their features to that of ADT. It highlighted the fact that the activation cost was free, same day installation was available, and that they provided a free battery backup. They also offered a great referral program which allows me to assist my friends and my bottom line. Overall, Smith Monitoring is great company that is truly interested in helping during your time of need!
