Smith Rx is great at cost-cutting, but lousy at taking care of the people it insures. They've jerked me around on medication approval, most recently only approving a replacement drug that my hospital can't acquire because it's so recently approved. Run, don't walk away from them.

the co pay with this ins. will break the bank when my company took and forced all employee to get this ins they told us it would lower co pay well it did not it went up way up , i would not tell anyone to get this ins.
