I have been in the business for nearly 30 years and SmithRx is honestly the best vendor I have ever worked with. They have an incredibly knowledgeable service team that never hesitates to go the extra step to help my team and my clients. In an industry that is frustrating more often than not, it is refreshing to have a PBM that you can rely on as the "good guy".

We love working with SmithRx. Their team members are friendly and the Administrative portal is also very user-to use which makes helping members a breeze with their claim and Rx needs. We highly recommend SmithRx as a PBM!

SmithRx is one of the most transparent vendors I have worked with in my career. It's refreshing to work with a PBM that does not play games with pricing and rebates. Their account managers are proactive, responsive, and clear in all their communications. I have had nothing but positive interactions with SmithRx in the two years that I have worked with them.
