This is a great cabin but needs updates to make it abit modern and give it a superior feel. The kitchen appliances needs to be changed, the light fixtures also needs some modernization, the sofa and couch definitely needs changing. I love the fact that it's a pet friendly cabin but the current setup doesn't quite give it the character it could have. We did enjoy our stay there but the cabin needs some updates.

They make it very easy to book a cabin from them. It's nice to be able to go on their site and view all the cabins they have. We have booked a cabin with them twice and will in the future!

Colonial Properties reservation staff is very friendly and helpful. They go over everything you need to know about your reservation. This is the second time we have booked Altitude Adjustment overlooking Gatlinburg. Can't wait to get there in October!

We've used them 3 times and each time we've been really pleased with the cleanliness and style of the cabins. They are consistent and we've had no problems.
