The transaction was quick. Shipping wasn’t great but it was okay. I gave you a 3 because this was the first time ever seeing in bold all responsibility sentence. That left me unsure and company unwilling to be behind the product. As for the product itself it looked great but I will come back for another product review in due time. As for doing another purchase. Maybe, I would come back but that one sentence again left me uneasy.

The material was not worth the money at all. I ordered the same one 4 years ago and thinking I will get the same material but when I get my order I regret ordering because of the cheap material

Unbelievably slow shipping for a USMNT jersey customized with a player name/number, with few to no updates provided… to the point that I thought I’d been scammed and almost reversed the charges. Then, almost exactly 2 months after placing my order, it arrived and is perfect! Good quality, legit jersey that I couldn’t obtain anywhere else (including from USsoccer.com, which is incompetent in terms of marketing USMNT merch). In retrospect, I just wish I’d ordered much earlier and received better communication - including notice PRIOR to ordering that delivery would take at least 2 months.

For officially licensed USMNT customized jerseys, production is handled by the authorized provider, and while we do our best to give accurate timelines, these custom orders can occasionally take longer than expected. That said, we agree with you that clearer communication and setting better expectations upfront is something we can and should improve. I ordered two pair of shoes at the end of November that were supposed to be shipped 3-5 days. Mid December I still did not have a shipping notice. I emailed them. They said that one of the shoes was now out of the size I needed. Which was frustrating because I didn't have time to get another one before Christmas. They then mailed the other shoe and it arrived after we had already left for Christmas. So I got neither shoe in time for Christmas and only one pair after.

The item took a long time to ship compared to other online marketplaces, but once shipped it arrived quickly. The AI customer service interface is lacking and could be improved as well.

DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE! It will take just as long and it is a waste of money!
