great help to reduce ac1 was put to the test by me and my Kaiser doctor and great reducer of pain for my tennis elbow dose of 70mg at night = 2 gel capsules. does not remove the pain completely but enough to let you have a good night sleep

I really feel a difference when I take this. It removes any anxiety I have and I feel more relaxed. I do notice that the new name social seems to have more tumeric because the social brand I had before was more clear and not as yellow. But I think it works just as good if not better. I recommend this to all my family and friends. Works for my inflammation and joint pain and anxiety.
