We have been using Softsys for hosting with several servers over the past 5 years, and found their service and support second to none. Recently we setup an Australian standalone server and Softsys where simply amazing. Highly Recommend.

I've been using SoftSys Hosting for a Linux VPS for the past few years. The one thing that I am constantly amazed by is the speed of the technical support... put in a ticket and it is usually resolved in less than 1 hour. I've never had any issues with billing during my time with them. The only thing that I haven't liked is their newest HyperV system doesn't provide access to the console for me to repair things on my own but so far things have been working okay.

We've been hosting our business site with SoftSys for a few years now and have had only positive experiences. No downtime and very fast and helpful service. When we've needed additions to our service, they've been fast and at a very reasonable price. We're using the managed Windows VPS.

Without any kind of notice, closed my account and took my login credentials away while I was coding on the remote server... when I asked them what’s going on, I got a reply that I did not confirm my email... their email confirmation email ended up in my spam box.... in any case I lost all my work and they deleted my work without any notice... I can’t believe what they did...

SoftSys Hosting has provided me with incredible service and value for over 10 years! I cannot thank Ruchir and the SoftSys Hosting staff enough. Support tickets are ALWAYS & CONSISTENTLY responded in under 15 minutes, actually probably averaging under 10 minutes. And the support staff are knowledgeable field professionals, not call center reps reading off of scripts, the SoftSys Hosting support reps know code and know how to fix issues themselves, very quickly too! I'm pretty sure I signed up as a customer for the first time in 2007 and have been an extremely satisfied customer ever since. I have connected several people and companies to SoftSys Hosting over the years happily and confidently and I have never heard anything but great feedback. The people at SoftSys Hosting have helped me grow businesses; always coming to the rescue with lightning fast service and spot on solutions. I have both Windows Shared Hosting and Linux VM Hosting services and SoftSys Hosting has made sure year after year that everything remains up and running. SoftSys Hosting resolves issues, sometimes even issues that are created on my end :-), with really incredible speed. Thanks guys for always being there for me and my clients, YOU GUYS ROCK!
