I found the site easy to navigate and I was able to download the text and pictures without difficulty. We got the final product and we are very happy. We chronicled the process my wife and I went though to adopt our daughter 18 years ago and now that she is 20 we can't wait to give her this gift for Christmas! My fifth order now, not a single issue. Some stuff went bad with the courier (but that is a courier issue), and Solentro delivered instantly and with proper customer service it all worked out.
