I am delighted with the finished book. My husband passed away on August 9, 2021 and I wanted to share his writings and photos with family and friends. I wanted it to be a quality publication and that is what I got with Solentro. I am so happy. Everyone who has received one so far is so impressed. Thank you for preserving our memories.

I wrote of book of poems and pictures for my 4 month granddaughter. I have stage four cancer and I wanted something personal for her to remember me by. Although it took a bit for the book to arrive it was well worth the wait! I ordered the hard back, white book and it was everything I wanted it to be. There were two mistakes in the book, my doing, not Solentro's, two poems were published back to back. And a mistprint in one of the poems. But with that being said. The book is awesome. I did have an inquiry and Solentro was very quick to respond. All in all I would recommend Solentro to anyone who wants a professionaly looking end product.

The website was easy to use. The shipping was fast. The end product is great. I am so happy with my books!

Excellent, excellent customer service. And I was a difficult case. I believe part of the issue was the 11 year old MacBook Pro with a Word program not supported since 2016. A lot of manual manipulation to deal with hidden formatting from the cut and paste from Word. The eraser tool in the Solentro software did not seem to work with this old of a Mac computer. However, there was a manual, time consuming work around. Bottom line my second book was successfully completed. Based on my experience, I believe it would benefit users of the Solentro software to know what makes and models of computers pc and Mac) and operating systems work well with the Solentro software and result in the best user experience. The Solentro software meets the 80/20 principle. 80% good core/20% customizable. Looking forward to doing my next book on a newer MacBook Pro computer.

I tried several other publishing companies and Solentro was by far the easiest to use. When my order arrived I was very impressed. The quality of the book was fantastic! I will be using them again and I have already told a friend who just made her first order.

Pretty disappointed. I was hoping to have this book ready in time for leading into my proposal, but there has been no notification on getting it shipped and estimated delivery date. I get that it is the holidays but it would be nice to know when I should expect it by. I took the risk and it did not pay off well

I was very pleased! While putting my book together, Solentro staff answered my questions and offered support in a timely way. I LOVED the finished product. My little book actually arrived slightly damaged from the shipping process. Solentro very promptly sent me another book which arrived in perfect condition! I highly recommend Solentro!

Loved this service. I used it to create a custom hard cover book, with photos and text, and it turned out beautifully. It looks professional and I plan to purchase another custom project from Solentro in the future.
