Able to create a beautiful book for a milestone birthday with contributions from family and friends in the USA and abroad. Editing pages and photos to fit was a bit challenging though easier as I became more adapt to the possibilities and limitations. Would highly recommend the site.

The book was a huge success, the recipient absolutely loved it. It consisted of congratulations/farewell emails he received after 38 years of service.

Dear Marlitt, I'm sorry to hear your feedback but I'm glad you recognised our prompt reply and how we handled your complaint. A small note, it is possible to have coloured letters on the cover and inside the book, I'm sorry if that wasn't clear for you. My best/Hampus - Customer Service

The book I made for a friend's retirement gift turned out beautifully! The pictures and letters I included all look great, and the book materials are high quality. My friend is thrilled with the gift, and I'm also happy that there was the option to download a PDF, so now I have a back-up in case anything ever happens to the book.

I put together a 20 page book and it was generally user-friendly and I was delighted with the result. I liked the way text automatically moved to successive pages. One area of improvement relates to templates. It would be easier if I could change the size allocated to text/photos by adjusting the size right on the page through dragging rather than having to create a new template each time I wanted to revise. There was a lot of trial and error, especially with photos, to get the right proportions.

Ordered a book mid July. Checked in late August because it still hadn’t arrived. They said they’d check with the shipping company. It’s September 12, two months after I’ve ordered and still no book. They won’t send a replacement until they can prove it’s lost. How long do I have to wait???

Dear Heather! I'm sorry to hear about your experience! Normally all orders are delivered within our delivery times. A customer representative has contacted you and I believe your order is being reproduced. We've taken this further with our distributor to see what has happened. We are of course sorry for the inconvenience. My best/Hampus - Customer Service
