I was able to do everything I wanted to do in my book. I appreciate the opportunity to create custom templates, combining text and pictures. The site is very easy to use. Whenever I had a question, customer service emailed me back within 24 hours. My book arrived within 2 weeks. It looks exactly as I expected. I appreciate the second book half price. I would definitely use Solentro again!

The book was a huge success. I had asked my parents to write down their history and share their life story. I made copies for my mom and brothers (my dad and older brother passed away before I finished) and they were very impressed with the book. I unfortunately forgot to get myself a copy so I will need to order a couple more. Thank you Solentro for helping me with my vision. Highly recommend.

Their interface works but is clunky. You can't set up a page header, and you can't carry font family and size from one page to the other. The worst part is their prices are through the roof! I set up what I thought was going to be a simple silly book with a quote from an individual on each page. The price quote for 78 pages was $109 PER COPY. Yeah, that ain't happening.

Hi! Some clarifications: 1. You can set up a page header using custom templates. 2. You can choose a default font family and size throughout the book, which transfers from one page to another. 3. Regarding pricing, the book you had chosen was a full colour premium product, hence its price. If you were looking for a cheaper book you could easily click on CHANGE BOOK TYPE and/or CALCULATE PRICE and then choose another book type. My best/Hampus - Customer Service

LOVE MY BOOK! I put together pictures and well wishes for my mom who’s battling cancer, most places i found first either didn’t have the page room I needed or had their own layout! THIS was exactly what I needed! Thank you!!

I ordered my product on July 15th and it is now August 9th and I have yet to receive it. The tracking was terrible on my product, after it left Sweden I received no further updates. Their customer service number doesn’t offer English support. And they rarely respond to customer complaint emails. One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.

Dear Richard! Your order is on its way. Normally we ship all orders with FedEx with great success. But, sometimes (rarely) an address can't be found in their system and then we send it with regular mail and it takes a bit longer, this is the case with the PO Box address given by you. Regarding your contact with our customer service, I can't find any emails from you hence I believe we haven't received your questions. I will email you as well of course regarding this. We are of course sorry for the inconvenience. My best/Hampus - Customer Service

Excellent quality. The design process was fairly easy to learn. The site is easy to navigate and I definitely will use this site for any future project. The book I made was a gift and came out beautiful.

This book is amazing. I have actually ordered three copies due to edits. I originally purchased and a surprise gift for my boyfriend. The layout is filled with personal letters and pictures from his dearest friends and family. I was worried it would look like a tradition photobook but the quality is incredible. Fast shipping. I will absolutely use Solentro again. I did not find it pricey considering the quick turnaround and beautiful quality.
