You guys made it happen! Our short run records came in before our album release, June 9, 2023. The records sound great and one of your guys caught a mistake I made in the album track listing before they got pressed. Thank you guys! We look forward to using you again in the future!

There was a printing error on both labels. The error was clearly on their end, as the artwork submitted and the proofs still available on the website show no error. But every single label was misprinted. I have contacted Solid about the error but have yet to receive a response. This ruined an otherwise perfect interaction.

Everything on their website is true. From turn times, to costs, to how easy it is to upload artwork, etc. The sound quality of the vinyl is good and the customer service is outstanding.

Great customer care, fast turnaround, and the reorder looks even better than the first pressing!
