I had my doubts about extended warranties, but SOS proved me wrong. Had a major repair come up (timing belt) and they covered it like they said they would. The process was straightforward, and the rep I talked to was friendly and not pushy at all. Honestly felt more like help than sales, which was refreshing.

Extremely disappointed. Had high hopes. When you’re trying to get a warranty from them, their customer service is great. I filed my first claim, both the repair shop and me have been trying to contact them. The number (833) 571-0253 goes through a service desk who would put down your info and will tell you a representative will contact you within 1 business day. It’s been 4 days and my repair shop and me still haven’t heard from them. I’m requesting refund at this point.

Additionally, when we contacted the repair shop, our records show that the call rang for 36 seconds before being disconnected by the shop, which explains why they may not have spoken with a representative.
