It was very easy & very well explained
It was very easy & very well explained. Only issue is other companies were offering an additional 100K miles or the 5 years. I would like to know how long has your company been writing warranties. Thank you, Joan Johnston

Great customer service
The salesman treated me really well he wasn’t too pushy he worked with me as much as he could to get my policy where it needs to be. As far as the company itself it was exactly what I was looking for I was a bit concerned about the initial 750 mile requirement before the policy kicks in but it makes sense I hope I never have to use it but I’m really glad I have it thanks sos it’s a pleasure

I'm really frustrated
I'm really frustrated. Been trying to get a hold of someone and the 833 is nothing but a "call intake center." Both myself and the dealer are waiting for calls back and so far, 4 days have gone by. So much for 24/7.

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the frustration you've experienced. Your feedback is invaluable to us. We have checked the records and understand that you tried reaching out over the Easter weekend, which, combined with the holiday, may have contributed to the delay. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that this doesn't excuse the extended wait, and we're committed to improving our response times moving forward. While we may not be able to resolve this specific issue, if you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call in. We'll do our best to assist you and try to find a solution that works for you. Warm regards, SOS Auto Protect
