Good afternoon Debora, I am truly sorry that you do not receive a reply. That is unacceptable. Our team talked extensively regarding this and we believe you had sent in correspondence regarding condo soundproofing (but we are not 100% sure that this was you, as we have means of verification). It appears our sales manager marked the email as having been distributed to our sales team and then was interrupted by something else before this happened. It is absolutely not an excuse, just the truth. While we would love to say we are perfect, we are not, and mistakes happen. However, I am a firm believer in using every situation as a learning experience to better ourselves. We have put a check system in place to hopefully prevent this from ever happening again. We would love to make this right, I am listing Kellen Beaver's contact information below, his direct line, our toll free line and his email. I am also putting my contact information if you prefer to reach out to me directly. Kellen has sent an email to the email address previously mentioned, hopefully you have received it or will be receiving it. If we are given the chance and are able to help you I would be happy to offer you a discount as an apology for the missed inquiry and poor service. We look forward to hearing back and we wish you a wonderful rest of your day. Be Safe, be well.
