fast response times. Helped by Mitzki. Excellent.

I have had a good interacting experience with WhereIPark in securing a parking space for my vehicle. Throughout the process, i worked with Marie who was accommodating and professional.

Had some issues with cancelling a monthly reservation. Called the support line got a real human who refunded me and cancelled with ease.

Marie was extremely helpful, courteous, and patient in working with me through a fairly complicated parking and towing issue involving my vehicle at West 6th. She took the time to understand what had happened, helped resolve the cancellation of my parking arrangement, confirmed there would be no further billing, and made sure I had a direct way to send her the towing and transportation documentation. She also stayed engaged long enough to confirm that she had received everything I sent. The larger issue involves a change in parking permits that I was not made aware of, which ultimately resulted in my vehicle being towed. That portion is still being reviewed, but based on what has been established so far, it appears the problem resulted from a breakdown in communication somewhere between the property and WhereiPark, rather than from anything I could reasonably have known or acted upon. Marie clearly understood that distinction and has been actively working with the appropriate people to determine exactly what happened and how the situation should be resolved. So far, I have been very impressed with the way she has handled everything. She has been professional, personable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Marie deserves special recognition for the way she has handled this.

I had concerns with my parking, and an incredibly kind representative named Marie helped me out! She immediately e-mailed the apt complex where I had reserved and asked for confirmation! Marie was able to ease my fears and anxiety about the whole process of getting connected to my space!

The customer service person, Marie was super helpful, profesional and kind. I was getting frustrated using the site, but she made the whole process a much simpler and pleasant experience
