Leo (customer service) was a great help. Early I had disputed a parking ticket that was reduced. I had been told to wait a few days for invoice to be cahanged and then pay it. I was traveling and by the time i returned, a late fee was added. Leo removed the late fee and took my payment. He was helpful and kind and a pleasure to interact with.

Anne at Premium Parking was wonderful. I called her with sort of a complicated issue and she listened carefully and empathetically and resolved my issue (over the weekend I might add, which added some challenges). I am genuinely safer today than I was a few days ago because of her. Would exceed five stars if I could.

Agent was kind and able to correct my issue. I had a hard time understand her speech and she had a hard time understanding me. Still got it done but much repeating and letters took time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for parking.
