Robin, this is so sweet! We love that you’re saving the school outfits to surprise your daughter. That is going to be such a fun moment! 🥹 We’re so glad you love the quality, softness, and styles, and that replacing the shoe size was simple and fast. Thank you so much for your kind words and for supporting our small business! 🫶

Hannah, we’re so sorry for the poor experience you had with our company. 😢 Your order was placed on Sunday, and we shipped it the next business day via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, USPS did not deliver it within the expected 2–3 business-day timeframe they claim and took much longer than usual to get the package to you. We understand how disappointing that is when you specifically needed it before school started. 💔 We’d love the opportunity to make it up to you as best we can. Please reach out to our support team, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Thank you for the many times you’ve shopped with us over the years and for believing in our small business. We truly cannot thank you enough for your support. 🫶

Hi there, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience, this is not the experience we want anyone to have. 💔 As a very small business, we do everything we can to make sure every customer leaves happy, but we clearly dropped the ball in a few areas. We understand how frustrating it is when an offer doesn’t apply as expected and when return or exchange policies feel unclear. That’s on us to communicate better. Your feedback around the checkout offer, sizing concerns, and final sale messaging is being taken seriously and will be shared with our team so we can improve. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry we missed the mark here. We hope to earn your trust again and be able to make it up to you 🩷

Hi Debbie, thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback 💗 We’re truly sorry to hear the mystery grab bags missed the mark for you. They’re designed as a fun surprise with a mix of past-season and overstock styles, but we completely understand that not every piece will match everyone’s personal taste. We’re glad to hear you otherwise enjoy our styles! We’ll definitely pass your thoughts along to our team so we can keep improving. ♥️ Thank you again for giving us a try, we hope you're able to give us another try with some non-mystery items which we know you'll love. We really appreciate you! 💕
