I do interviews for a living and have happily used Speechpad for many years. In that time, I've heard of other services -- either more expensive or less reliable or, often, both -- and have persuaded some of their customers to switch to Speechpad. I've submitted some recordings of poor quality, or speakers with heavy accents, or extensive references to foreign names and organizations, and they nail it every time.

Whether you need closed caption files or video transcription in any file format, Speechpad is the go-to source. If you're transcribing videos yourself or in-house, you're wasting time, money, and resources. The communication from Jill at Speechpad was quick and concise. I'm continually happy with Speechpad - be it their customer service or the actual transcription. Their process is very fast and clear, and it provides me with what I need at a great price. Any time I have a question I get an immediate response, as if a person is standing by waiting for me to ask. I will continue to use them for as long as my clients need transcriptions.

Very accurate and fast service. Will use again for all video transcripts. My expectations were exceeded by both the speed of delivery and accuracy, as this was in New Zealand English I was expecting some words to be missed but I think it was pretty close to 100% accurate.
