We've done hundreds of transcriptions with Speechpad and they have always exceeded expectations in both quality and time. The one time they missed was more due to poor audio quality on our part and they worked like crazy on that project to get it done. These folks are the best. HIGHLY recommend them.

My experience with Speechpad has been that they do a great job, even when the person has a slight accent and the subject matter is challenging and has a lot of words specific to a scientific discipline like biology. This last part surprised me! I really thought I'd have to do a lot of corrections, but that wasn't further from the truth. A dense discussion of human biology, replete with molecular pathways, came out with almost no omissions. I'm very pleased with their results and would recommend them to anyone.
