Tuner didn't work on arrival in June of 2026, wouldn't down load program on truck would just lockup. Got the run around for a month about replacing the tuner and I had it tuned another way. Provided a return tracking info for the tuner that was sent in July. FINALLY a refund for the tuner in late September. Lots of hoops to jump thru if you have issues. Good luck

The parts was all right and fit correctly. The tuner come in not programmed to the truck after three updates from their website still will not connect to the truck. Customer service is absolutely terrible. No one to call so if you buy 13 to 18 Cummings delete kit be prepared for the tuner not to work on your truck.

Terrible customer service. Can't speak to a live person. Their instructions are not very detailed. They miss several steps just all the way around a terrible install. I could have wrote instructions for this even though this is the first time I've ever done it. Sorry to say but the truck does run good

I ordered the all in one kit def/egr delete/ezlynk tune the beginning of May 2026 and I just received the ez lynk tune harness. The harness connector does not fit my truck and it arrived super late. The down pipe did not fit, so I had to do some customization. On top of that, the kit was suppose to come with five clamps and it came with three. I notified spelab and they suggested I locate/buy them elsewhere. I did and the only good thing about this issue is they refunded me what I spent for the additional clamps that should have been in my order. It was inconvenient. Asked to actually speak with someone and that was ignored. My experience over all was unacceptable. I may be making a trip to one of the locations to try and contact someone in person. To update this issue, as Spelab asked me to remove this post… I had to locate the clamps, customize the down pipe that came with my kit. Furthermore, as mentioned prior, the tune switch (SOTF) did not fit to the harness connector on my truck. I had that customized along with the down pipe. My overall experience was negative as most of the issues I had, I was advised to seek replacement outside of Spelab. The inconvenience is not professional and I will not be ordering from this business again.

Not all of the parts were sent with the order. I only received the pipes and clamps. The shipment is missing all of the other items (tuner, delete kit, etc.). I need these parts asap because my truck is completely disassembled assuming that all of the parts would be here in the shipment. Now there is no tracking for anything else, so I’m extremely worried I won’t receive anything else. There’s no phone number or live chat to get this figured out.

Updated 12/16/25: They did reach out to get me the proper missing parts, but since it had been 2 weeks I had already sourced them locally. I will give them credit for trying to solve the issue albeit as they say, a day late and a dollar short… I ordered the grid heater delete kit for my Ram. When received, the fuel rail spacers were missing, so I tried to find a contact for customer service as I need these ASAP…The only contact is through email and after 2 weeks of trying I still have never received the spacers. I was sent a pre heat element instead, which does me no good in reinstalling the fuel rail. Without an actual number to call and interact with someone in realtime, there really isn’t any true customer service. I will say product seems to have decent quality, but quality without customer service isn’t very helpful!!

2019 Ram 3500 6.7 HO Cummins EGR, 5" dp back and minimax tuner First things first, the EGR delete was cheap, the blockoff plates were fine, however the conjunction between the coolant line and the exaust sensor was met with a trash bracket, I ended up having to float that sensor. The stablizing situation to keep the coolant line from popping out sucks. Its this key style situation and the allen screw is to long, so I had to make my own washer using a nut. Secondly, the tuner didn't work for my vehicle. The ECU part started with a P and they took forever to reply so I ended up contacting minimax and updated tuner. Still didn't resolve so I'm sending back. Third, the clamps for my 5 in exaust dont even tighen up. It tightens the bell end, but the indexed side is gapped and the fastener is bottomed out. Therefore, the pipes wiggle/spin around. Moral of story, go with someone else for tunes (who actually cares about your time and asking correct question), and the entire kit was a pain in the ass, instruction videos are on outdated models, not true to whats actually in kit. The only good thing about this was the actual exaust pipes, and block off plates for EGR.

We'd like to respond to a few of the concerns you raised: Exhaust Clamp Fitment: Our developers visited the factory to conduct a real vehicle installation and compared it with the instruction video. On the factory side, the clamp assembly was tested and functioned as intended—securely fastening the joint. From the first video you shared, it appears the issue was caused by the opposite end of the pipe not being properly supported, while the clamp itself was installed correctly and holding securely. In your second video, it looks like the opposite side of the pipe is loose, not the clamp. We recommend professional installation at a local exhaust or diesel performance shop to ensure proper alignment and secure fitment. Tuner Compatibility: We understand your frustration with the tuner. However, as noted in our product description: For 2018+ RAM trucks: Our tuner only supports the original PCM software that has a part number starting with a number. If your PCM part number begins with a letter, the tuner may not function correctly. Unfortunately, this is a known limitation of the Mini Maxx system and not a fault of the kit itself. We try to make this clear before purchase to avoid compatibility issues. EGR Kit Fitment: Thank you for pointing out the fitment issues with the coolant line bracket. We will review this with our supplier for possible improvements to the design. In the meantime, we commend your ingenuity in resolving the issue, and we’ll pass your feedback on to our product development team. We genuinely regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations.
