Reliable for fast delivery
Reliable for fast delivery. Too bad that my favorite item has discontinued. I tried to get something similar, but it was hard. Also, it would be nice if there is a color chart that can compare colors between different brands. The colors on the website can vary depending on the computer setup. With my new choice, I ended up with a darker color.

Wish The Company Would Provide A Front Hairclip
I was surprised at how shiny this topper is and am looking into ways to reduce the shine to make it look more natural. Took awhile to get here, but that is okay. I wish the company would provide a hair clip for the front as this topper does not come with one. For those of us who have hair in front, this would be useful.

Hi Margaret, thank you for your feedback. Traditional synthetics, especially blondes, can have a little bit of sheen straight out of the box. This is absolutely normal and not a concern. A little dry shampoo will fix that and it will also dull after a few washes. If you prefer less shiny fiber straight out of the box, we recommend you consider heat friendly fibers next time. We do include photos on the website of the topper bases that show where the clips are located for your reference, and you can always move or add additional clips on any topper very easily to suit your individual preferences. ❤️

Love the wig ,great fit. Color is lighter than I thought it would be but it works well with my skin tone

The wig came super fast
The wig came super fast! My only complaint is the actually packaging itself.. the hairnet the wig came in was unusable.. but I’m not sure if that’s actually spellbounds fault! :) I would definitely shop here again.

Hello Abigail! I'm so sorry to hear that there was an issue with the hairnet. They are really only designed for one time use to protect the piece during shipping, and sometimes they are very loose or may even have the band cut (by the manufacturer) to prevent damage to the lace during transit. Because the piece you ordered is straight, I wouldn't recommend storing it in a tight hairnet as it may change the shape of the style on this piece. Lovely style in Scorpio
Lovely style in Scorpio, and color matched my hair perfectly. However, the part will require some fixing. It looks wiggy with the exposed area.

Hello Sylvia! Thank you for the feedback. Scorpio is a basic cap wig and in case you didn't realize this, there is another version of this wig with a partial monofilament. If you really love the color and style, I would recommend you try the Scorpio PM next time! I think you will love it even more. The manufacturers do their best to try and accurately portray the colors in the swatches they provide, but unfortunately colors can look different on different screens and devices which can make it more difficult.
