I've been using my sunlamp for almost five years now, and when it appeared to stop working I was pretty bummed. Figured the bulbs had finally wore out so I ordered some new ones, which arrived very fast. Went to put them in and realized the plug on the back of the lamp was not seated all the way! Oh well, now I have a set of spare bulbs ready to go when I actually do need them.
