What the hell is the Google rating pop up in the corner of the screen? Is that your idea... I couldn't complete my order because the damn thing was stuck there.... If this becomes an issue, I'll find somewhere else to buy A f'in unnecessary pain in the ass

Left 2 voice messages . No one called me back in regards to e gift card that wasn’t send to a recipient that I was supposed to give for Christmas present.

They said the spice was mailed August 6th. As of August 16th I still have not received it. Customer Service just said it is a post office issue.

As you have made clear, this review has nothing to do with Spices For Less and Should be removed. Your order was placed on Friday August 6th. As Stated on our website, "Standard order processing is approximately 1-3 business days". Please see below for Tracking History which shows that we shipped This on the next business day, Monday August 9th. You have been notified by the Post Office that there is a delay on their end in your delivery. So yes, as you wrote, this is a post office issue. You are welcome to give the post office a 1 star review. Spices for Less continues to provide 5 star service. August 14, 2021 In Transit, Arriving Late Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. This beau monde is Terrible ...nothing like what I have purchased in the past from other vendors. I spent $25...for this stuff and cannot use it. Will never order from this company again.

So far, since I have received neither my order nor a confirmation of my order, or worst case, a refund...I can't rate this company any other way. To be fair, there was a notice on their website that orders could be delayed for a week or so...but I still should have gotten a confirmation notice. If I get my order fairly soon and I like the spices, I'll be glad to re-evaluate.

Ordered 25 lbs of powder garlic, did not receive pure garlic, tried to call and email no response to correct my issue.

The spices arrived in paper containers. I did not see that on the website when I ordered. I need to return this order as I need traditional jar type containers to sit on my lazy Susan in my spice cupboard. Very disappointing.

Hi I am sorry for your confusion but we are quite clear on our website that we pack our products in kraft pouches. This is done in order to preserve freshness. Below is an exact quote from our website: We package our products neatly and securely. We offer kraft colored, stand-up spices pouches (pictured above) with an oval window and zip seal (with redundant hot seal at the top)." In Addition, on all the items that you ordered there was clearly an option to order a stove top shaker jar. This clearly indicates that the 1 oz option that you ordered came in our standard kraft pouch. We appreciate your business. Best Regards
