Back on October (2022), I requested 100G nutritional information for various products, I email customer service the request and also posted the request through their contact us page (multiple times each). Now over 3 months later, still no response. Low cost stuff, but terrible customer service.

I was told by customer service that I would receive an email to provide tracking and arrival details. I did NOT! I found it by happenstance, crammed into my mailbox.

Hi Jim. The information that you received was correct. All customers receive an automatic email with tracking. We have checked the log, and an email was indeed sent to you. We called you to see if perhaps it went to your SPAM, but you had already deleted your SPAM folder. We would appreciate if you would correct this reveiw, as it is inaccurate.

Great price but seeds have a peculiar taste, as if stored too closely with other spices for an extended time.

I bought a mix of dry vegetables, only to find half of the mix by volume was carrot. I am not a happy customer.

Great prices, but found paper piece in the pumpkin powder we purchased and lost confidence in the company. If we hadn’t sifted the powder, it would have ended up in OUR product! Contacted the company, and rather than replacing the powder, they said “sorry...”.

Most things are fine, but "whole" bay leaves were in tiny pieces...their response to my pictures was to quote a disclaimer that they may not be fully intact. These are not usable to tie as one normally would, but will be a strain to use! Bay leaves are not a huge problem...response is

When I received the product only half was there and there was no packing list. So you would think they would of notified me about the shortage but nope!!!! So I had to go out of my way to find out where the rest was. Well they finally replied back and said they ran out and would ship the rest but it took another 2 weeks to get the rest

Products were received promptly and in good condition. Have used 3 products so far. 1 was fresh and had vibrant flavor. 2 were similar to products at grocery store. Flat and tasteless. Will not return for future purchases.
