I've been trying to redeem my winnings for 2 days now and I can't, my account is verified and I've contacted support numerous times and I haven't gotten any response, I thought after you get verified you can automatically redeem your winnings, why do I have to get clearance to get my winnings, the platform is a good one but the redeem process is ridiculous.

The verification for redemption process is taking way too long. I uploaded all correct documents and they still can’t verify that my address matches my License ID in a timely manner so I can start the process…. You have to get verified before you can redeem…. Like just put the SC on the exact same account I’ve spent thousands on already … ridiculous…. I may change my two star if I get my redemption in the next 24hrs
