I was really skeptical about the redemption process but only to find out this is a legit casino site! I loving Spinfinite! My favorite online casino. I’m really enjoying the wins.

Good selection of games, and fast payout, took less than 24 hours after the initial 72 hour wait period. Would recommend this platform.

Wish I could review negative stars like my coins were stolen from me I won Over ten thousand sc and poof gone when I hadn’t even played it all and then they closed my account without any warning or access to my account and funds that should have been there what joke and waste of money and time

Been trying to get my card verified for 24hrs now. Emailed support twice no answer. It says to upload your card with your name & card # on one side but my card I use has the # on one side & name on the other & need to know if they will approve this. C'mon spinfinite & answer back its been long enough. UPDATE: EVEN WORSE! JUST PURCHASED THE 19.99$ PACKAGE FOR 65SC AND 1,000,000 GC & WASNT CREDITED! THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED AT ANY OTHER CASINO! WOW IM IN AWE SPINFINITE NEEDS TO CREDIT ME ASAP!!! THATS ABSOLUTELY WRONG IN EVERY WAY! UPDATE! NO SPINFINITE I CONTACTED YOU AGAIN! AND GOT ANOTHER COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ANSWER REGARDING HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO JUST GET VERIFIED. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO OTHER CASINOS REGARDING THIS AND THEY WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT NO PROBLEM & HAD MY DOCUMENTS VERIFIED INSTEAD OF HAVING A CUSTOMER GO BACK N FORWARD OVER THIS SIMPLE PROCESS!!! NOT SPINFINITE! I CANT WAIT FOR MY RESPONSE BACK SAYING A DOCUMENT ISNT CORRECT TO DELAY THE PROCESS. JUST KNOW I USE THESE DOCUMENTS ALLLL THE TIME WITH OTHERS & NO PROBLEM! GET MY MONEY TO ME!

I played Spinfinite for the first time today. I enjoyed their variance of slots. I would make this 5 stars, but the games have crashed often on me stating connection errors. I do appreciate that my gameplay was restored right after. I had to email customer support today because I messed up my profile so just waiting on a response. I will update my review and rating based on response and easiness of redemption once verified. The reviews here are a bit scary, but I really enjoyed my experience today besides a few hiccups that I believe will get sorted out. I did get my profile fixed. However I won't be playing after today. It was nothing but dead spins, no bonus on different bets...it comes off predatory. My account cannot be verified to redeem. I tried to verify my credit card, it only let's you upload 1 pdf to submit. My name is on front of card. I even emailed front and back with no response. This is a definite scam site. They will not verify to redeem but will sure take your money. Stay away.

I am sorry to hear this Haley. Just to clarify, we aren't able to adjust the pay outs on any of our games. All games are operated and controlled by independent third-party providers, which is standard across all social casinos. Everything runs fairly and randomly, but we totally understand how frustrating a tough streak can feel.

Seriously? What the hell. I went to log in this morning and could, no games appeared. I claimed my SC from my ACTIVE SEASON PASS THAT I PAID FOR. I had a ton of days left. I go to log in? They have now closed my account entirely. Won’t let me. My money is still in there too. What garbage. Go with CrownCoins. And if you clowns planned on closing my account? You have to give me notice. You have to allow me to access the funds and promotions I paid for. Not only no notice? No email even saying they did it. Trash.

They have seemingly banned me from daily bonuses and purchases. I’ve reached out many times over weeks with no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RTP is the lowest out of all online casinos I’ve seen and they will only respond to emails if it benefits them.

It has been almost a week and I still have not received my redemption
