I am waiting on a payment. I have a redemption that is taking weeks and no real communication with support through email. They just keep giving me the run around. Like asking what my email is associated with the account. The email they are emailing!!!!! I am very frustrated at this point.

This is a real and legit site. I’ve been playing on here for a few weeks. Just waiting on support to get back to me. I uploaded a discover debit card for withdrawal and found out from my bank that discover debit cards don’t support immediate transfers/debit card deposits. So I emailed support and asked them to delete my card on file and allow me to upload another for redemption. It’s just taking a while for them to get back with me. If you are waiting to hear back from them too, just be patient. They will eventually get to your email and help you. Loving the site so far. Slot games are not tight and actually pay out. Awful site. Do not use it. They have multiple options to buy coins with the deception that you are buying a "prime" deal of coins. Only to find out the coins are given over a period of time. This is not disclosed at purchase. The site and games do not pay out. Absolute joke.
